Newburgh Rentals prides itself on quality built, well maintained residences. Routine maintenance requests are serviced between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and there is 24 hour emergency maintenance to tend to the rare emergent issues.
To submit a routine maintenance requests, use the Maintenance Portal below. In the case of an emergency, please call John, the head maintenance technician at 812-589-5745.

Maintenance Portal Instructions
1. Click on the posted “Resident Maintenance Portal Link” above.
2. Click on “Sign Up”
3. Make sure to use the email address that you have listed on file with Newburgh Rentals.
4. When you are ready to submit a maintenance request click on the orange box titled “New Service Request.”
5. Your service request will be automatically sent to the maintenance technician and manager.
